|Recommended: YesGreat Responses To Tenant Concerns — Within the last few months we have acquired a new management company CPM MGMT, Inc. Not only has more been accomplished for this building and tenants that reside here since this new management took effect, but that Damar D. Wilson specifically is incredibly responsive. He has responded to every significant concern such as infestation of bugs in the building in a professional and highly efficient manner. This building was not managed well by the previous management company, and tenants were often left to deal with these problems as best they could on their own. However, with CPM and Damar being in the position he is in, the tenants have had complaints resolved effectively and in a timely manner. Damar shows up. He speaks to the tenants in a professional manner, collects the concerns, and addresses them in that he resolves the issues. We have not had this type of management in over a decade and this is a true relief to all of us that has made these apartments home.
